We built the first automations for ourselves: a system that pulls invoices from the mailbox and puts them into the bookkeeping, and tools that build, translate and speed up websites.
What we learned along the way is that the technology is rarely the hardest part. It is about trust: knowing what the system does, being able to step in when it is unsure, and being able to measure what it delivers. Those lessons are now built into every automation we create.
Kaige AI focuses on SMEs: businesses where a few hours a week already make a big difference, and where you have no IT department to work it out yourself.
