  • the content of your message, such as the tasks or processes you want to automate;
  • if we work together: contact and invoicing details.

When you visit the website, our hosting provider processes technical data, such as your IP address, browser type and the time of your visit, to keep the website secure and running properly. We do not process any special categories of personal data through the website and we do not target people under the age of 16.

  • Performing a contract, such as building and maintaining an automation and sending invoices. Basis: performance of the contract.
  • Complying with legal obligations, such as the statutory tax record-keeping requirement. Basis: legal obligation.
  • Securing the website and keeping it running. Basis: our legitimate interest.

We do not make decisions about website visitors based on automated processing, and we do not build profiles of visitors.

Data in automation projects

If we build or maintain an automation for your business that processes personal data, such as invoices or customer email, we do so on your behalf. For that we enter into a data processing agreement with you, which sets out which data is processed, with which AI services and under which security measures. Those agreements take precedence over this privacy statement.

How long we keep data

  • We keep messages and enquiries made via the website or email for a maximum of two years after the last contact, unless a collaboration follows.
  • Data covered by the statutory tax retention obligation, such as invoices and the related records, is kept for seven years.
  • Technical log data from the website is automatically deleted after a short time.

Share with others

We do not sell your data. We only share it with parties that are needed to deliver our services, and with whom we have agreed arrangements on security and confidentiality:

  • Hostinger hosts our website and the form messages, on servers within the European Union.
  • Our email provider processes the messages you send us.
  • unpkg supplies a software library for the animations on the website. Your IP address is processed in the process, possibly outside the European Economic Area as well.

The website's fonts are loaded from our own server, not via Google. We also disclose data to third parties if we are legally required to do so.

Cookies
