A web agency manages dozens of WordPress sites. Building pages, SEO, translations and speed used to take a lot of manual work. With AI-driven tools that now happens largely automatically, with checks at every step.
The same manual work came back with every project: building pages, filling in SEO data, translating copy, adding alt text to images and optimising speed. When managing many sites, updates and health checks were added to that, and existing dashboards sometimes painted too rosy a picture.
What was wrong
Recurring build work per page and per language
SEO and alt texts that were left behind
Translations that fell out of step after every change
Dashboards that showed "green" while nothing had been measured
Solution
How it works
01
Pages built natively
Pages are built in the page builder itself, from a design or a layout. A check verifies that every element exists and is correct before anything goes live.
02
SEO per page
Title, description, share image and structured data are set per page. Alt texts come from the media library.
03
Automatically multilingual
A custom translation plugin keeps every page bilingual. After every change, the translations are checked again and completed.
04
Speed measured, not guessed
A speed plugin optimises and measures. Where not enough has been measured, it says "not measured" instead of a reassuring green tick.
05
Central management with a lab
A dashboard monitors the health of all sites. Updates and actions run in a lab first and only then go live.

The Lighthouse scores were measured in a staging environment with a CDN. A production measurement may differ. The 8.3 seconds to create a page is a one-off measurement on a real site.
Guardrails
Secure by design.
The checks are part of the design. That way the system can work independently without you losing control.
A check on every component before a page is saved
Translations change only the text, never the structure
This case runs on WordPress with the page builder Breakdance. The principle, AI that builds and a check that verifies, works on other platforms too. Take a look at the AI integration service.
Does AI then write all the copy?
AI helps with structure, translations and SEO data. The content and the choices remain with the site owner; AI speeds up the work around it.
How do you know a page is good?
By measuring. Every page is checked for structure and rendering, and speed is measured with Lighthouse. What has not been measured is not reported as good either.
